Archi Concept, particular on Dennis Aureus, who pretended to be good in building houses and other housings, is known as the worst architect and contractor in Cebu City.
Many projects are not finished and some of Dennis Aureus project still has no building permit.
Like for example his project in Punta Princesa, Cebu City. The apartment has not yet finished for almost 1.5 year already, and still has no building permit. And hoping that Dennis Aureus will be charged with estafa and malpracticing his profession. Some talks already heard that maybe DENNIS AUREUS is not a real Architect.
